Updated: October 28, 2024

Product Description

Initiation system. Non-Electric Detonator Surface Connector. The Viperdet QS series permits blast sequencing by introducing intervals of delay times in between blast holes through the use of easy surface connections.

Application

The Viperdet QS offers greater versatility in the timing design of any blast when used together with Viperdet MS, Viperdet LP or Viperdet Dual. The plastic, color- coded connector can accept six shock tubes.

Primary Benefits

The Viperdet QS offers greater versatility in the timing design of any blast when used together with Viperdet MS, Viperdet LP or Viperdet Dual. The plastic, color- coded connector can accept six shock tubes.

Features

Shock tube: Yellow, with three layers coiled in a 'figure 80' for ease of deployment and the avoidance of tangles. The shock tube is built to resist high-tensile strength and elongations, reducing possible damage under normal-use conditions.

Connector: Contains a low-charge delay detonator of high precision which minimizes noise and shrapnel.

Label: Water resistant.
